Our terms and conditions take part if no other agreements are made (f.ex. bookings over partner websites or travel agencies.

2. Terms of cancellation
If you need to cancel your reservation with us, you can do so with no cost up until six days prior arrival.
Cancellations 05 – 00 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total amount.
The cancellation fee will only be charged if the Hotel was not able to resell the room. The fee can be discussed after the booking period has finished. The same occurs with late arrivals or early departures.
We advise our guests to purchase a cancellation insurance.
We ask for your understanding, that reservations with no written cancellation are considered confirmed.

3. Price change
In following cases the hotel is allowed to change the published prices:
– Newly inaugurated or raised national fees (f.ex. city taxes, VAT)
– Obvious wrong printed prices

4. Indemnity claim & liability
The SALZANO Hotel takes no liability for damages caused by the guest on purpose or high default to our property, as well as property belonging to the guest. Claims must be made within 7 days of departure. Claims must be forwarded to the owners in writing. Otherwise the claims expire.

5. Use of hotel rooms/Chalet/Apartment
The hotel room / Apartment / Chalet is to be used and treated with great care.
The accommodation is only to be used by the contracted agreed amount of people (including children). The customer is not allowed to pass on the accommodation to other people. The renting customer is liable for any damage caused, unless he can prove that another guest caused the damage. Damage needs immediate reporting to the owners. The hotel keeps the right to check the rooms/Chalet/Apartment of their condition at any times. If additional work is required we reserve the right to charge the guest. The rooms/Chalet/Apartment are at your disposal from 2 pm on the day of arrival day until 11am on the day of departure. We kindly request that the accommodation is vacated by this time.

6. SALZANO Spa
The hotel declines all responsibility, the use of our facilities is at your own risk. The use of the SPA facilities is privileged to healthy people, which have no health issues regarding using the sauna or steam bath. Please avoid the sauna if you have the following issues: fever and cold, acute inflammation of internal organs, severe heart- and circulatory diseases, high blood pressure, varicose veins and overactive thyroid.
7. Massages and appointments
Appointment cancellations and amendments have to be advised 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge you for late cancellations.
Pregnant: Massages at your own risk, the hotel declines all responsibility.

8. Nonrefundable Reservations
The hotel takes the right to charge nonrefundable reservations with the total amount including city tax and service charges from the given credit card.
Those reservations are confirmed and cannot be cancelled free of charge.

9. Data protection
The owners are obligated, to follow the data protection legislation with the handling and amendment of costumer’s data.
Costumer data are only kept for maximizing the operation reliability or in the interest of sales performance, product design, crime prevention, Enablement of economical parameters, statistics and invoicing.
The guest reserves the right to know what happens with his data. The guest can request the full deletion of all their information as well as non use for advertising purpose. (Mailings)

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
For all contracts within these terms and conditions and the owner family SALZANO, only the Swiss laws and rights apply. Place of jurisdiction is Interlaken, Switzerland.

11. Payment
We accept following payment methods: cash (Swiss Franc & Euro) EC-direct, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express and Postcard.

12. Pets
Pets are allowed on request from CHF 15.-+ per day excl. food
(the cost is for the extra cleaning after departure)
In exceptional causes we reserve the right to charge for an additional departure cleaning fee.

13. Half board surcharge
CHF 53.- per person and night for our 4-course menu
