Freeway N8 direction Interlaken, exit Interlaken West, in the traffic circle direction Unterseen, 2 km straight ahead, in the traffic circle turn right, 200 m straight ahead. The hotel is located on the left side.
Get off at the station ‘Neuhaus’. Then walk towards Interlaken (there is a pedestrian crossing on the left side of the road). You will reach SALZANO Hotel – Spa – Restaurant in about 10 minutes.

From when is the check-in possible?
– from 14:00 to 23:00 (Later on request)
Until when is the check-out possible?
– on the day of departure until 11:00 a.m.
– Late check-out is subject to availability and costs an additional CHF 80.
Do you have parking spaces?
– Parking is available in front and behind the hotel for guests free of charge.
Is there a bike room?
– Yes in the basement, also with charging facilities for e-bikes
Are dogs allowed?
– Yes, in the room categories: Basic, Classic and Deluxe.
Cost per day CHF 15.- (without food) maximum 2 dogs are allowed per room.

What are the opening hours at the spa?
– Daily from 14:00 to 21:30 (last admission at 20:00)
– On Saturday and Sunday (due to occupancy) the spa is open for hotel guests from 10:00 am.
Is the spa also open to external guests?
